Where the wind comes sweepin down the plains!!!!!
Ohh goodness, I'm done now. Well, since I have now survived an entire month without xanga, I suppose I will update. Don't fret, I am still alive and breathing. So, it's SUMMER TIME, and it's hot and humid, which is SUPERB!!
HAPPINESS!
I have been workin like a crazy woman. This summer has definitely been bitter-sweet. I've actually kinda struggled - well not struggled, but rather, just missed all my friends and though it is pathetic to say, I miss J-town. Since school has been out, life has been pretty hectic. My family has been hangin out like crazy, and it didn't take me long to remember why these people are freakin hilarious. I'm tellin ya, you've gotta come check in with the Lungrens. It's a stankin good time. I've definitely managed to create some monstrous tanlines all over the place. It's kinda out of control. I've been workin at the YMCA from 7am-6, which has made me want to hit the sack around 10 o'clock every night. Yes, i know, i'm wild. I've also been doing dealer trades for my Dad or workin in the showroom @ the dealership here and there. AND, I've been trying to go up to Southern and continue my work up there. I love it.
The only bad thing about all this stuff is that I haven't gotten paid yet. Let's just say I'm definitely understanding the "excitement" of living on the edge. And may I also state, that I find it ridiculous that the bank has a $25 overdrawn fee. Grrr. Not that I'm talking from experience. haha.

It's been Holiday season in the Lungren household as well. Ole Holly's bday was in late May, mine was the 2nd of June, Mom & Dad's 28th Anniversary was the 10th of June, and then Mom's ...... dun DUN DUN, 50th was the next day. WOOT WOOT! And then Today...
HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
I am now an experienced traveler as well. I have now journeyed across "the South." I found out just how much money the ole fart Dolly-bigger-chest-than-Texas-Parton actually has. Otherwise, we went to Dollywood. haha. THat was uh-mazing. We went to Pigeon Forge TN, Gatlinburg, and ALL over the Smokey Mountains. It was truly BEAUTIFUL. We hiked, I feel in the river, had several embarrassing moments; I ran through pastures like a drunk gazelle, chased cows on a 4-wheeler, (i was super skeerd), ATE like there was no tomorrow, saw the true and pure beauty of the country, hung out with an AWESOME family, and truly experienced that 'southern hospitality,' went to a wedding you'd only see in magazines (for real; the budget for this wedding was around $80,000....CHOKE!), picked up a lil Southern accent, totally feel in love with the old school band Alabama, stood in the middle of the clouds, and in essence, had a GREAT vacation. Also, I sat in a vehicle for approximately 35+ hours throughout the entire adventure.
Once I got back from that trip, I hit the road again up to NW Missouri doing a dealer trade with my Dad. Then packed up my bags the next day and headed to Springfield MO for my bestest friends' surprise birthday party. I cannot explain how much I needed this time with my girls. I was really missin them ALOT. It was bad. On THIS trip, I learned how to play some pro-circuit Volleyball and have the injury to prove it.
Some things to look forward to:
Returning to a FULL schedule of work, hotter weather, Jill's coming home in 12 days, Allison comes home in a week, Holly comes home in 25 days, I get to see Kylie Hum Hati soon, hangin with my family, going on the boat, wakeboarding, getting injured on the tube, July 4th (cuz I don't have to work), July 5th gettin my wisdom teeth ripped out in Tulsa (not looking forward to that but it's on the schedule), the last week of July is DAYSPRING- Dad, munchkin, holly, kylie, and I are all goin WOOOOOTTT, then I'm thinkin the week after that having a lake party for all the out-of-towners from MOSO, oh, and my dad's goin fishin in Canada the 2nd week of July.
