Continuation of the story..
Now where was I? Oh yes....
Once upon a time........
Again, I embarked on the dangerous journey to Reynolds where I entered a dark and mysterious laboratory room and could hear,
"Everybody, Everybody,
Everybody wants to be a cat!"
Everybody wants to be a cat!"
resounding throughout the air. (Aristocats). And it was at this moment that I took on the character of the evil one, an Aristocats' biggest enemy...... Cruella Devil.
I then became hungry..... and amongst the so-called pets.... I indulged in an apple. Then, I ironically heard Fival and his companions singing gleefully....
"There are NO cats in America and the streets are filled with cheese! There are no cats in America, so set your mind at ease!"
This "American tale" is a falsehood within Reynolds hall, for there were cats here and there and everywhere.
Then in the response to my professor's instructions, I retrieved several objects out of my satchell. I then became Ariel (The Little Mermaid) with many "interesting things." (AKA a dissection kit outside of Disney animation). I rejoicefully boasted out,
"I've got gadgets and gismos aplenty. I've got whozits and whatzits galore!!!"
Then, the inevitable occurred. Evil overcame such happiness. Cruella.... kicked in. On a large platter, an Aristocat laid helplessly awaiting utter humiliation. The goal of the day: "take their skins!!!!" The innocent world of academics became cruel. To justify the evil doings, Simba, Mufasa,Timon, and Pumba, resounded in the heavens......
"It's the CIRCLE OF LIFE!!!!"
Hesitantly, I approached my victim (the cat) who was stretched out upon that crucifiction-like platter- arms and legs stretched in full length and the tail aimlessly dangling... dripping and dripping..... formaldehyde. It was at this point when I realized even the evil of this world fears and takes caution.... I adhered to Scar's proclamation.....
"Be PREPARED!!"
So with my gadgets and gizmos I began to "DE-FUR." And I could not hear the Aristocat's piano playing any longer.
I had innocently began my day. And I was left powerless, letting the river take me on its own path." (Pocahontas)I left- wondering what's
I had innocently began my day. And I was left powerless, letting the river take me on its own path." (Pocahontas)I left- wondering what's
"just around the riverbeendddd!!!"
On my stroll back aross the kingdom, I thought with regret about my "victim" of the day. Then, a song of hope calmed all doubts...
"Cause you'll be in my heart. yes, You'll be in my heart. From this day on, now and forevermore, you'll be in my heart."
(Tarzan)
So the moral to the story is......
"Look for the bare necessities, the simple bare necessities. Forget about your worries and your strife!"
(The jungle Book)
This is the "GOSPEL TRUTH!!!"
(Hercules)
And we all lived (minus the cat)
Happily Ever After.
